My path into wellness started with my dog, Molly.
When Molly got sick, I wanted to find a way to support her that went beyond simply filling her life with medications. That search led me to work at a holistic pet-care center, where I began learning that health often means looking at the whole picture: what we eat, what we are exposed to, how we move, and what our bodies truly need to thrive.
That experience planted a belief I still carry with me today: our bodies are not something to fight against or constantly override. They are beautifully designed, and I believe we can support them with the food, movement, rest, and natural resources God has given us.
Later, when I had my daughter, Scout, that commitment became even more personal. I worked with a nutrition coach for six months to learn how to create healthier habits, lead by example, and give her the strongest foundation possible. I wanted to understand food, wellness, and everyday choices in a way that felt practical, empowering, and sustainable for real life.
My career brought me deeper into the wellness world when I became the opening manager for the very first Juice Press, founded by longtime friend Marcus Antebi. What began as one small location grew into more than 80 locations nationwide. Through Marcus, I also met Fred Bisci and was introduced to the world of raw foods, natural healing, and the powerful connection between what we eat and how we feel.
Movement became another important part of my journey. I fell in love with Pilates because of the way it strengthens the body from within—without needing anything outside of yourself. I became a certified Pilates Mat instructor through Equinox, and that experience reinforced something I have always believed: our bodies are incredibly capable when we learn how to support them with intention.
For years, I have continued educating myself on reducing toxic exposures, nourishing the body through food, and creating a lifestyle that supports healing rather than working against it. Then an opportunity came along that I simply could not say no to: becoming a founding member of Perga — Biohacking Simplified.
Through Perga, I became deeply interested in the science behind the Core4, the gut-brain connection, and the relationship between internal health and how we show up every day—physically, mentally, and emotionally. That passion led me to the mindbodygreen Institute, where I am pursuing formal health-coach training on my path toward National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching, with a focus on gut health and the gut-brain connection.
I have always had a heart for helping people. Now, I am bringing together my education, tools, and lived experience in a way that feels truly meaningful.
My goal is not perfection or restriction. It is helping you better understand your body, build realistic habits, feel more confident in your choices, and create a healthier life from the inside out.
